Sewing Machine Motor Belts
These are universal sewing machine motor belts made from Nitrile rubber. They are high quality stretch belts that can accommodate different motor belt sizes. There are two option available. Size 13-15" and a larger size 15-17 ". You will need to measure your belt size to determine which belt you need. Measuring a belt can be done in a couple different ways. You can measure the circumference or length of the old belt if its not stretched out. Or you can cut a piece of string and wrap it around the machines handwheel and the motor pulley and then measure the string's length, the length will match one of the belt sizes. Having too small of a belt can cause unnecessary strain on the motor and cause. Having too big of a belt will cause the machine handwheel to slip and the machine to skip stitches. I also recommend to gently stretch the belt a little before putting it on, not to much or it will break but enough to cause the stretch to fit your machine. We use these belts for a variety of different machines. I recommend measuring first. The singer 66, 99, 185k, 206,327,328, 329, Pfaff 130 and a few different Brother models use the smaller 13-25" belt. Models like the Singer 15, 319, white, kenmore and Janome usually use the larger 15-17" belts.
