About the event
Did you get roped in and want to learn how to make a rope bowl and everything required to make fun, professional and useful rope bowls. This is a beginner's class to learn the fundamentals of rope bowl making. You need an understanding and knowlyof how to use your sewing machine and how to sew. We will cover a variety of topics:
Picking and choose your rope, needles and thread
Starting and forming your rope bowls
How to finish off the bowls
We will talk about and explore, bowls, trivet bowls and coasters.
We will have more workshops for intermediate and advanced sewists. Topics will cover fabric rope bowls and embroidered rope bowls
